Cell Testing

At AVESTA, we provide comprehensive cell testing solutions designed to evaluate battery performance, reliability, and safety. Our advanced testing systems are equipped to meet the rigorous demands of modern battery development, offering:

  • High-Current Testing Capability: Individual channels that supply up to 100A and operate at voltages up to 6V, with the ability to connect channels in parallel for testing high-capacity cells.
  • Multi-Channel Testing Flexibility: Systems with up to 48 independent channels, each capable of delivering 60A at 5V, allowing simultaneous testing of up to 120 cells with precision and efficiency

Module Testing

Our battery module testing solutions are designed to deliver accurate and reliable performance assessments for a wide range of applications. The testing systems we employ feature:

  • High Voltage and Current Capability: Each system supports operation at voltages up to 100V and currents up to 300A, accommodating the demands of high-power battery modules.

Pack Testing

  • High Voltage and Power Capacity: Capable of operating at voltages up to 1000V and delivering up to 500kW of power, ensuring compatibility with high-capacity battery packs used in electric vehicles, renewable energy systems, and industrial applications.
  • Modular Design for Scalability: Systems with multiple modules allow flexibility to tailor testing setups for different pack configurations and power levels.
